Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment - Xbox Series S

Hello.

i can’t seem to get into ultimate team on Xbox series S, every time i try it gives me this error message ‘ Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu ‘. I have reset my Xbox, tried uninstalling and reinstalling EA 26, I have reset my router but nothing seems to fix this. It was working before and nothing has changed so I find this strange.

does anyone have a solution for this? Or what could be possibly triggering this error message?
