Connection ping issue

While playing FC 26 UT PS5 tournaments, the ping is more than 200+ ms. What should I do. While other modes are fine (Rivals, Rush and other). Place: Bangladesh. Need guidance.

Getting disconnected just after kickoff in every youth league game but rivals/rush/champs all fine. Pretty typical of EA but still a joke when I only need a few more wins
