Constant freezing / crashing in UT menus (PS5)

I always experience these sorts of delays around content time each day, and they get especially bad with big promos like thunderstruck, TOTY, and TOTS. I don't know the actual reason for it, but my personal belief is that it's some sort of server overload due to the shear number of inputs happening. Gameplay and people spamming packs, along with people doing sbc content just seems to block up the servers.
