This so frustrating, imagine buying the subscription of EA to play fc 26 & then i can't even play online due to the controller not working in online games. It's been 2 weeks & the update which just came still didn't fix the issue. At this point, i might just delete the game, COME ON EA, for God's sake fix the goddamn issue

This doesn't help but I do know one thing that might, sometimes your game won't be using your graphics card and I don't know what the cause for it is but check your GPU usage when you're on the game and see what it is. Then, force it to use your main graphics card instead of whatever it's doing.
This also seems to be an issue with PS5 and PS4 controllers, I don't know why.
