DDoS or Glitch?

There is no where to Get EA’s attention so I’m gonna write it here and hope for the best.

I was playing a rivals division 6 match and as soon as the game ends and instead of getting a win, it disconnected me from UT and then when I connected again, it gave me a disconnection warning?! Not only that but I also supposedly lost the game and got sent one level down in my division instead of up for the win I fought for and scored the match winner near the end!! I have saved footage on my PS5 of exactly what happened and I’m willing/happy and able to provide it to you. It’s not a connection issue cause I was still in a ps party speaking normally and using another device on the wifi and there were no problems and I also have a 1000mbps internet premium subscription . My guess is I either got DDoS’d by the salty opponent (Very likely) (you’d believe it if you see the gameplay lol) , or your servers just completely failed me. It is very frustrating and I basically just wasted my time cause of an unfair glitch or attack. I want some type of compensation please, and if it’s a DDoS then ban him.
