My whole team is like slugs

I keeo going in on goal and press shoot. I literally have time to wait for it to hit abd its still so slow that they get back everytime. Ive had open goals where I press shoot and it doesnt even register.

Why dont you care. Ive said this so many times now and its actually getting worse, not better.
