Did Not Receive Full Pre-Order Rewards – Need Assistance

I pre-ordered FC 26 on PlayStation before August 25, and I was supposed to receive my full rewards – including 6000 FC Points and the 93+ ICON or Hero Players.

Unfortunately, I only received 2100 FC Points and none of the 93+ player items. This is extremely disappointing, and I’d like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Please check my account and deliver the rest of my rewards.
