Ea fc 26 pre order issue

Hi, i'm furious tbh. I pre ordered 20th of August and i know the transaction have been made. I preordered this date to get the icon as a bonus. When i've tried starting the game before i got the error message that i'm to early. Which is understandable since the game hasn't released. Now however today i get a kind of warning symbole on the game and when i try launching it says something about a payment issue. This is infact impossible since i even bought my friend the pre order just TWO DAYS ago so the payment method works completly fine and my friend hasn't experienced any issues. This totally unnacceptable since i've been waiting eagerly for the game to come out and now just 2 days before the full release i can't play? I'm not going to pre order again if i don't get the bonus which i deserve and i haven't recieved any money back. Sort this out ASAP since i want to play as promised the 19th of september.
