EA When Will Quitting In Seasons and Not Counting Be Fixed Once and For all??

Please can someone from EA advise and let us know that this issue is being looked in to at least and that an attempt will be made to stop these games from looking like they have never taken place.

To be 6-0 up against someone and get to 89 minutes in the match for the ball to go out of play them go into pause menu then connection lost. Go back to the dashboard and it's just like the match never happened. You can see the player in the recently played with tab on the socials within the game but no record of game, score or even the three points for what should be a victory.

This needs fixed. It's been going on for way to long now and so many hours get wasted with games not counting. Just makes you not bothered to have a gaming session on this title because this rubbish drives you nuts.
