EA wrongfully charged me for free premium pass

I have  been charged points for the free premium pass i purchased ultimate team edition so I have early access however  the game took points of me for the premium pass when it is supposed to be free I have sent a screenshot as evidence I have actually purchased the game so will my  fc points be refunded as Its says season 1 premium pass is supposed to be free
