Basically the premium pass is supposed to be free as I purchased ultimate team edition however they charged me for the premium pass even though it's supposed to be free will I get the coins back as it is supposed to be free why did they charge me will I get the coins back then as I have been wrongfully charged I have shown my receipt screenshot as proof I actually have the game i been playing since launch

You have normal pass with basic rewards and then premium pass with extra rewards so season pass is free premium is when you pay to get extra rewards season 1 premium pass is supposed to be free with ultimate team edition purchase
So their should not even be the option to buy the premium pass if it's free and that's what the pre order said that season 1 premium pass is free but when I went in game on the season pass the two option to purchase either by coin or points I choose points but afterwards I realised that season 1 premium pass is supposed to be free with ultimate team edition so obviously it took my fc points its not supposed to though if season 1 premium pass is free
