EAFC26 Ban Appeal Still Pending After Almost 3 Month

My EA account aimsoobad was banned in EA SPORTS FC 26, but I did not use any cheats or exploits. I submitted an official appeal and it has been almost 3 month with no reply. The case status is still “Waiting on Studio”.

I also have done submit another dispute around more than 1 month ago but still no update on that case too. What the next step should be or if there’s any way to get an update from the studio team? I just want to make sure my case hasn’t been missed.
