Summarize your bug I pre-ordered a game and all of a sudden the payment was cancelled after I finished playing the EA Play trial for it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I check in the payment/privacy section in Xbox settings and it said my pre-order was cancelled. Even then I checked my bank account and the 75 I spent on pre-ordering wasn't there.
What happens when the bug occurs? I open the game and it says that I do not own the app.
What do you expect to see? I expected to enjoy the full version of the game after playing 10 hours of the EA Play trial.
This problem has nothing to do with gameplay. I pre-ordered the standard edition of College Football 25 on 6/28/24 and it has been in my library ever since. I realized that the standard edition doesn't have the early access benefits as the other versions. So I used the EA Play trial. After the time ran out in the trial I tried to reopen the game knowing I had bought it already. So I tried uninstalling it and installing it back and now I can't download the game again without paying. Apparently it says the payment didn't go through. If the payment didn't go through then why was the game in my library the entire time? I tried talking with Microsoft AND EA for it and they only lead me towards some sort of AI Chat-Bot. If any real person sees this please help me I have waited 11 years for this game.
