Failed to load.

Hello. I verified the game files, but it didn't fix the issue. I formatted my PC, but the problem still persists. I ran the game as an administrator, but that didn't help either. I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App, but the issue remained. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, but that didn't solve it. At this point, I've tried all of the steps above, and none of them resolved the problem.
