Falsely banned from transfer market

Hello, I got banned 2 days ago from the transfer market for alleged Balance transfer, but all I did was buy 5 Claudia PInas during the hype after patch and sold them smartly a while later, and I'm assuming one person bought these, though I have no idea. It seems crazy that they were bought so high, but that's not of my concern. If looked at closely, you can see that this was happening in the grand scale, literally all of the pinas under 57000 got bought out. Does that mean everyone got banned? I submitted a ban appeal instantly (case #227415637), but got no response so far and I'm losing coins every day being unable to sell players I want to which price is dropping, such as one of the C. Pinas that I didn't sell. I could've sold her the morning after for 30k, but now she is 10k. Such an inconvinience! Hoping this can be fixed before the weekend ends. It shouldn't even need to go through a ban appeal, surely you guy figured out these bans are false. Thanks for help in advance!
