FC 26 Beta code didn’t download to play

Hi

I’ve just redeemed the code which was emailed to me last night and I selected to download the beta and it didn’t work , the screen went off, putting me back into the PlayStation Store without downloading the Beta & know i can’t repeat the process to try download it ..

Please help me to resolve this issue.
