Players running offside for no reason

Attack breaks down, AI counters, you win the ball back and....every single one of your forwards is standing offside FOR NO REASON. Literally they take forever and three days to get back onside meaning you cannot pass remotely in a forwards direction because the game will flat out ignore where you are aiming and belt the ball to the offside player.
