Fc points not show up on my account
Hi there at start of team of year on 16th on January I spent money on fc points a didn't receive them on my account I was just wondering If anyone eles had this problem

I have the same problem, bought ultimate editionon Playstation but only got 4,000 points over the course of 3 months. I checked with EA support but they replied me that I am not eligible for anymore content, and it can happen if I didn’t earn my content. I asked them what do they mean by I didn’t earn my content, when I bought the game it literally says 6,000 points, and even sent them a screenshot of the purchase page, the next day, the support replied me with the exact same message that I am not eligible for anymore content.
Gonna boycott EA games from now on. The support is literally worse than a bot.
