FC26 preorder rewards
Hi, i played fc25 on pc, but i am planning to preorder fc26 on ps5. Will i still receive the fc25 preorder rewards like the 99 shooting evo on pc if i preorder fc26 on ps5 using the same ea account?

If you look at our FC 26 disclaimers page:
To redeem the EA SPORTS FC 25 Content, you must sign into the Ultimate Team mode in EA SPORTS FC 25 (sold separately) on the same platform as the pre-ordered Product using the EA Account or platform account used for Product pre-order.
In other words: unfortunately no. If you swap platforms for the preorder, you won't get the FC 25 bonuses.
