Fifa bug that killss me

So guys every weeknd leuage i play i get 2 loses for no reason the game bugs and i cant pick any player oppent can play normally my all player are pinged with white colour only one and i can move but when he scores a goal i cant even move 1 player they all bug so i have to leave every weeknf leauge 2 games ea dosent repsond on email one time they did they said we are sorry this wont happen agian we will fix the problem it keeps happening every weeknd leuage and you guys know how fursttating it is to lose 2 games every week so what can i do now they are not respoding to my mesage i cant get a live chat or anything please help
