Fix passing EA

Why do my players forever pass to player who it makes no sense to pass to/wasn't even aiming at.
I can't count the amount of times this has happened to me, either that or it just passes to the opponent. Along with that, sometimes I'll literally just tap pass and it'll heft the ball like its full power all the way up field? Like what is happening.

I get that we're early into the game, and players have low passing stats compared to what they're gonna have, but this is insane.
