Got my team switched mid match

I was playing ultimate team and winning 4-1. My opponent did some weird glitch where the screen went white then I was controlling his team. Couldn’t pause or anything. After the game I couldn’t exit and it gave me a loss. I’m on Xbox and no cross play either. Is this a new thing?
