Hackers

We started this game with a month of hackers and suddenly they disappeared or i haven’t matched one which of coarse brought me joy while playing. They finally add my favorite promo this year which the joga bonita promo and the best way to pack the players without spending money on this game is from champs and rivals rewards. Started this week’s champs with 8-0 and everything was going great until i faced my first hacker. Now I'm not a 15-0 player i usually get 12-13 every week so i didn't get that mad, i did the usual “ report and block “which of coarse with this Saudi game wont get you anywhere but a bit of faith wont hurt anyone. Unbothered i searched for a match after that and went on a streak of hacker to end up with 8-7 . Now i cant get the packs needed to complete the icon pack, i can get a guaranteed promo player pack and i wont get the coins i usually get from 13 wins. Sad part is i went to support and had a braindead conversation with an indian, my guy memorized the same sentence and pasted it after each complain. “ go to the ea account and report him then our team should handle it” my main point is how does ea want a game to succeed if they keep on **bleep** up either each update and they wont even start with the basics which is clean and fair gameplay, your support is full of indian idiots, your game is trash and your promos and pack weight are even worse. Just deleted the game tbh and felt really good
