have little confusion between Ea play vs Play PRO

Hi all , I am planning to buy EA play to play fc 25, but then I heard, i can only play 10 hours, then I have to buy the game. So if u get EA play pro, then after certain time do i have to buy the game too? or i can play it as much as I can? what if the game goes out of monthly circle, but i downloaded the game, then can i play in that period or I have to wait till the game comes back to circle?
plz guide me in this matter,

also My 3rd party controller keeps skipping( controller is fine) in the fc 25 menu and ultimate team 1 option, and sometime in games RT doesn't, is it due to using a 3rd party controller, Do i have to buy a Xbox controller or  certified 3rd party controller, will then the Issue resolve? or it is a game issue?
