Hey all, probably a really stupid question. Just pre-ordered FC26 through the EA app, but it doesn't show in my library to say it's been purchased (yes I know it's only pre order rn) but usually the game shows greyed out until you're able to pre-install it. Is this the case for everyone? Or just me?

24 Hours later and the issue is still the same, I have never had an issue with the payment processing. Can you please resolve this as a matter of urgency, I don't want to refund the product.
