I feel cheated and lied by promotions which never applied..

I saw there was such commotion in the beginning about the game play being good that didn't last long, also lots of fake promises by fut economist which have not applied nor seem to be such as gold cards being relevant, open communication and gameplay hype. I wish I can get back a refund for any other than EA, dictating the rules this will be not appropriate..
