I WON A GAME BUT GOT HANDED A LOSS

 I was playing fut champs I had won and the game had ended and the cutscnes rolled I was then confronted with a Direct X error the game crashed and when restarted I had suddenly lost. I know this is because off EAs new stricter policies on leaving games however the final whistle had been blown and the cutscenes had started now i cannot get 15-0
