Icon SBCs providing duplicate players..

Alas, in the past month I've submitted something like 5-7 icon SBCs. These have all be the SBC without the base icons. Not the player pick SBC, the Encore SBC. The last 5 packs have been either Steven Gerrard (preorder) or John Barnes (time warp, I think). 

I've been playing this game for a long time and fully understand duplicate players are issued sometimes. It's just super annoying, I'd figure the game is closed to be giving people different players to use. 

I've probably risen 1 million plus worth of cards into this with nothing material to show for it.
