Input delay is worser and playsyles not working

Input delay has got even worser  everything is delayed player movements are slow both cbs and cdms have bruiser and anticapate and none of them can tackle or use physical strength to win the ball my players who have tika dont pass fluid and passing is sloppy even players with high pass attributes cant pass the ball to intended targets instead passing straight to opponent my defenders are moving so slow to defend like they have 60 pace despite them onr full back 97 pace the other fullback has 90 pace both pne cb has 88 pace and the other 84 pace despite this they move and sprint like snails all aspects of my gameplay is heavyly delayed why are my players with high attributes playing like they are not new patch but the game has got a lot worse very dissapointed the input delay seems to never get resolved every patch and still its  not resolved
