Lack of any communication what so ever!!

I have been contributing and tracking the issue of horrid servers in north America’s south west. Despite thousands of views and sustained comments, there has been 0 communication or even a hint of the issue being resolved. Paying $100 for any video game is insane to begin with. Add the fact that it does not work. That’s crazy!  What is the point of paying additional for early access if you cannot access the game at all?
