Matchmaking ping

For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been getting disconnected from rivals and champs (fyi, I’m playing on an Ethernet cable), I’ll go up 3-0 and the game starts lagging and once it starts, it disconnects. I’ve sent multiple emails to EA and they havent replied to any of them! I’m playing on the best possible internets and my ping is off the charts. The game is actively preventing me from winning and I can’t play anything because of this. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME CONNECT TO EA OR SOMETHING!!
