Missing Commentary & Intro Audio in EA SPORTS FC 26 (PS5)

Hi EA Support / Community, I’m experiencing a serious audio issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5 and would like to request a fix. Issue description: No intro or narration audio when launching the game...

Exact same happening with mine. Other users on PlayStation are fine it’s only happening with my sons login 

any help would be appreciated
