Missing players in UT

Hello everyone, why are certain players like Ngolo Kante (now at Fenerbahçe), Oh Hyeon-gyu, or Emmanuel Agbadou (both now at Beşiktaş) not in UT? These transfers happened in January, and while many other players got added to their new clubs, these, for example, didn't. Is there any reason why?
