My Account was stolen

My account was stolen in March 2025 but I recognize it now. I already tried several times to open a case about this situation but I didn't see any backup massage. Also I can't see my tickets. What can I do? 
Please help me.  Stolen account linked to my steam account. Also I have a receipt for BF3 Premium and Steam linked confirm. I remember Created mail address.
