Opponents disconnect while losing and I don’t get the win in Online Seasons

When an opponent quits a season match I’m playing on PS5—even if it’s the final minute—I don’t get the 3 points. Furthermore, these matches where the opponent quit while I was leading don’t even show up in my match history. I’ve faced this same issue repeatedly. All my seasons have gone to waste. How do you manage to mess up something that was actually working fine?

I would like share problem which experiencing always. İn seasons play, while I play season match, though opponent leaving during playing match. Even tough I leading this matches (with 4-5-6 differ), system accept unplayed current match. This situation so bored. it is decline that my desire play fc26.

Hello. Just a moment ago—as I mentioned in my previous message—my opponent quit the match right at the kickoff while they were losing. This happened while stoppage time was being played. When I returned to the main menu, it was as if the match had never taken place: my match count remained unchanged, and the 3 points were nowhere to be found. This is really starting to get frustrating. In some matches, I actually avoid scoring goals just to prevent the opponent from quitting.

They is a fraud going on in the season mode where a player losing can cancel a game without forfeiting the game. A lot of people are currently losing hard earned points to this without noticing it because the game just takes you back to searching for a new opponent but if you cheak your points often you will notice some canceled game didn't give you your forfeiture points and 3-0 win scoreline. EA needs to fix this ASAP 

Absolutely, having the same issue and came here to share this. What an absolute joke this is, wasted so many hours. Its made me play in a way that I have to let a couple goals in to make the match seem competitive. 

This is ridiculous reply, saying it been solved. Its not resolved, if you continue with this attitude of looking the other way, you will very quickly find a high percentage of people including me to stop playing this completely. 

How are we meant to find the players name if they force quit when losing and the points not counting? There is no trace of the match even happening.

EA_Claus​, do you a complaints process within your organisation? I would first like to complain against your shoddy surface level reply to a genuine issue and second this farce of an issue bundle up on to us.

Yessss exactly, you have to start holding your gaming back so the opponent doesn't get in his or her feels and quit the game which can be mentally draining
