PC - Controller Vibration Bug

Wondering if anyone can help with a fix. For some reason, whenever I'm in the menus of the game my controller is constantly vibrating and I can't get it to stop without loading a game or screen.

I am using the EA App for this currently. I've reset my PC and the game. Still nothing.
