PC - wired connection, lowest graphic setting, input lag.

Hi, I've been through this for the last three years.  I know EA won't fix it; I'd just like a complaint reference number for the Visa chargeback I'm putting in.  Hopefully this will generate one, as nobody at EA will fix the issue.
