perma banned for "balance Transfer" on new account

well this is amazing, i made a new account a week ago and was playing squad abttles, rivals etc all week then mid-day today  i recived an email stating "Your account has been suspended from EA SPORTS...

    Hey 2easysam​ I can see that you have already lodged an appeal so the best thing to do is to wait for the team to finish their investigation and respond.

    We are not able to assist with account issues here on the forums. We simply can't discuss your account with you without verifying account ownership.
