PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

In the game settings, the “Simplified Skill Moves” option in the dribbling section is stuck on and I can’t turn it off — the button is basically dead. I’ve reset all the settings multiple times, tried switching to custom settings, nothing works. Because of this I can’t do any skill moves at all. Please help
