So i pre ordered ultimate edition in July 23rd I think and it took the money out today but when I go on to the xbox store it still says pre order

I paid using my Microsoft balance ($50) + credit card a month ago, but the money hasn’t been withdrawn yet.
Hopefully I get my pre-order icon.
