Pre ordered the FC 26 game and didn't get the game

Hello. I pre-ordered the FC 26 game in 25 of August. It said that it was pre ordered. I got the rewards in FC 25 (Early bird evo and the icon Pick) but now it says that I need to pre order a Game. But I already did it. So I want to get the rewards in the new game because I pre-ordered it in time. What should I do??
