Preordered FC 26 on steam, its not showing up in my EA app library.

I preordered EA FC 26 on steam. At first, I could see the game in my EA library and I received all the rewards for EA FC 25. However, after a few days, the game disappeared from my EA library. I’ve contacted EA live chat twice and both times I got a different answer. The first time, they said it was Steam’s fault, and the second time, they said EA is having some technical issues and they’re working on it.
