You should be able to unlink the PlayStation account by accessing your Connected Accounts page on the current EA account, and link it by logging in to the correct EA account and following the steps on this page. If you're unable to do so, please contact live support for assistance, and an advisor can work with you to make sure the right accounts are linked.
Do keep in mind that progress is stored at the EA account level, meaning that the progress and items you're currently accessing will not transfer over when you unlink the PlayStation account.
