Purchased game but it is now telling me...

I recently purchased 2 games through EA..

Battlefield 6 and FC 26 (My Battlefield 6 appears as "available Soon" which is fine but when I go to FC 26 (It is asking me to purchase the game again....) I can't find help anywhere... it gives me a guide on what to have available when I contact EA but I can't find a page to contact them...
