Refund for EA Play Pro

I bought EA Play Pro in Belgium on September 20. I started playing EA FC 26 expecting Ultimate Edition rewards like the EA FC Points and the Season Pass, but for some reason nothing came. I contacted support immediately and they said my rewards would come later, since there is an ongoing issue with them. A day or two later I contacted them again, same answer. Now October 12 I contact them again and I get the response that I will not receive any Ultimate Edition rewards since I am in Belgium. This wasn't specified obviously when buying EA Play Pro and also not by the EA Advisors. I would have refunded immediately and bought the game somewhere else but I can't do that anymore, since they shook their responsibility and postponed their response to get me out of the refund window. I opened the ticket and they told me they couldn't do anything. I asked for a higher up contact and the advisor just closed my ticket. 

What do I do now?
