Reporting cheating is unfixable in case status

Why are you guys telling people to report cheaters and censoring people in these forums for nameshaming when you report cheaters they say "No Fix Available" in case status after reporting people for chronus zen attribute boosting and lag spiking people using scripts?  I think EA staff need to address this issue with either a public statement or stop banning people in these forums for attempting to tell you who is breaking your terms and conditions and policies.
