Request Regarding Refund Issue on EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Companion App

I would like to bring to your attention a refund-related issue observed on the EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Companion application available on Apple devices. When users purchase FP and later request a refund from Apple, claiming that the FP was not received, the refund is processed successfully — even in cases where the FP has already been credited and used.I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and addressed to prevent future misuse. As a gesture of goodwill, I would also like to request either a one-year EA Play Pro membership or a copy of Battlefield 6.Thank
