Rivals Gameplay Issue

Hello EA Support Team,

I encountered an issue while playing Ultimate Team. I was leading at the end of the first half when a message appeared indicating that I had successfully withdrawn my opponent. Then another message appeared saying it was temporary, pending a score. I waited, but no score was recorded, and I wasn't awarded a win.

I would appreciate it if you could review this issue, as it has negatively impacted my gameplay experience. I hope you can fix the score or investigate the bug to prevent it from happening again.
