Routing problem causing unable to connect to ultimate team and hight ping

Hello EA Team,

I’ve been experiencing a major routing issue for over two weeks now while trying to connect to EA servers from Turkey. My connection, which used to go directly to European servers (mainly Frankfurt), is now being routed through the United States.

Because of this, my ping is extremely high (around 250–300 ms), and the gameplay on EA FC 26 is unplayable, especially in Ultimate Team. I’ve confirmed this by running multiple traceroutes and ping tests — all showing the same problem.

Other players in Turkey and even some in nearby regions are facing the same routing issue, with their traffic being sent to the US instead of Europe.

Could you please check this issue with your network team or data center providers to restore the normal routing from Turkey to the European (Frankfurt) servers?

As shown above, the route is going through multiple nodes in the US before reaching Europe, which wasn’t the case before this issue started.
