Season Pass Icons LOCKED in Manager Career Mode Despite Level 19 Unlock - BUG
Hello EA Team and Community,
I purchased Season Pass 1,2,3 and 4 specifically to unlock and use icons in Manager Career Mode. Wayne Rooney (SP3 Level 19), Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus (SP4 Level 19) and others, showed or show as unlocked with the green checkmark in the Season Pass menu, but when starting a new Career Mode save, they appear LOCKED in the Icons/Heroes selection screen – I can’t preview or select them!
This is completely unacceptable – I paid real money for these rewards exclusively for offline Career Mode, not Ultimate Team, and now I can’t use them. This bug has been reported by hundreds of players since late December:
- Gullit/Matthäus/Torres/Véron Career Bug
- Lothar Matthäus Bug
- Rooney Missing from Manager Mode
- Recent Season Pass 4 Not Unlocking
What I’ve Tried (Nothing Works):
- Fully updated game to latest patch.
- Restarted console/PC multiple times.
- Logged out/in of EA Account.
- Verified Season Pass linked to correct account.
- Started multiple new saves.
Platform: PS5
Please prioritize a hotfix for this – it’s ruining Career Mode for paying customers! No response from EA in weeks despite tons of reports.
